“Pauline is so brilliant to work with. She's personable and warm and she really connects with people. She facilitated a programme for us at Penguin, and they were really impactful sessions. She made sure to understand our working culture and she offered an empathetic and understanding perspective to our colleagues. She's excellent at what she does!”

Katie Lynch, Learning & Development, Penguin Random House

As someone who thrives on mentorship, I eagerly embraced the insights and strategies she shared. Over just four months, I implemented her tips and experienced remarkable outcomes. Thank you for that!”

Oumar Hanne, Head of Core People Solutions, Chanel

“A thoroughly enjoyable and impactful coaching series with Pauline. There was a strong balance between challenge (ie more succinct and precise goals to be set at the beginning), practical reflection exercises and support! Very much hope that our paths cross again in future and thank you for coaching me to greater clarity!”

Jessica Holland, Senior Manager, Lego Group

“Pauline is a fantastic senior leadership coach. Pauline and I had several coaching sessions during the end of last year that have supported my transition into a more senior role. Pauline has a natural, empathetic style, that builds rapport and connectivity super fast. Pauline’s approach really helped to open up the conversation in terms of where I was on my career journey and why now was the right time to identify an opportunity that would support my growth and development. Pauline, thanks for all your support and healthy challenge. I will always remember the value of those sessions and the learnings I took away”.

Neil Edwards, Consumer Relationships Director, Lloyds Bank

“Pauline supported the UK and US teams with a series of virtual interactive group coaching workshops, built around the theme of 'Powering Up’. She covered a range of different tools and advice to help employees increase and manage their energy and focus on their personal resilience and motivation. She also ran some workshops for our managers to help them in managing their teams through uncertainty. Pauline listened to our needs and designed a bespoke programme to address them, pulling on her experience and insights in coaching, leadership effectiveness and resilience. She was extremely professional and responsive, flexible in her approach and a delight to partner with. The workshops were well received and clearly appreciated by our employees. I have no hesitation in recommending Pauline and I hope we have the opportunity to work together again in the future.“

Alison Proffitt, Consultant HR Director, Bicycle Therapeutics

Clare Learoyd, Founder, Coast Health & Fitness

“Pauline’s group coaching workshops are the best! Pauline has an amazing way of connecting to people and she is absolutely brilliant at it! Her sessions provide a very supportive and engaging space as well as fantastic practical skills our staff were able to put to good use straight away. I can absolutely recommend Pauline and I will definitely work with her again!”

Magda Lobodziec, HR Manager, Studio AKA

“A big thank you for the session yesterday which was incredibly well received. Rarely do you see such an engaged group on an online session and I was thrilled to see so much involvement. We covered some clearly sensitive topics at times but generally people were open and happy to share. You gave us some really thought-provoking takeaways. This type of work, versus the skills-based training that people are used to is far more welcome and seen as a real benefit. Your style is very captivating, I thoroughly enjoyed it too.”

Laura Leggetter, Co-Head, Communications, SEC Newgate

“Pauline's sensitive, intuitive coaching style won the trust of our senior leadership team and we saw some immediate results. Pauline helps people to take a closer look at themselves and their relationships with others. And that includes the company as well as the 'students'. It's an added bonus that Pauline has a background in marketing because she relates so well to the skill sets required and the nature of consultancy life. But I know she would make a substantial difference to any leadership team in any sector. A real class act.”

Gill Brown, Partner, Third City

“Pauline and I shared the wonderful experience of the Central Office of Information in its final few years. She stood out then as one of the most pragmatic, sharp and committed professionals around. Since then we've kept in touch and shared recommendations and tips. She has intelligence, sensitivity and insight in abundance, so anyone looking for an executive coach should consider hiring her.

Daniel Barley, Change Communications Specialist, Schroders

“Our headteachers and education leaders are facing enormous challenges right now, and Pauline’s expertise has made a real difference. She’s developed one to one and group coaching programmes to build leadership resilience and we’ve seen excellent results. Our leaders are now much more aware of what they need to do to reduce stress and respond positively to changing circumstances. Pauline’s coaching has had an impact beyond the leadership teams, as headteachers are now better equipped to provide the agile direction our changing situation demands, and are more skilled at creating caring, optimistic school communities. We are committed to supporting our wider team with resilience and wellbeing coaching from Pauline to help us transition into the next phase”.

Keith Fernandes, Principal Advisor, Workforce Development, Hammersmith & Fulham

Helen Sweet, Head of Employability, Working Chance

“Pauline is a natural, warm communicator and so made our team away days both fun and productive. She has a knack of getting the best out of people apparently without effort, while challenging assumptions and ideas to push your expectations of what you could achieve from a session. There won't be any of the usual snoozing temptation after lunch - you'll be excited to keep going! ”

Laura Davis, Head of Marketing, Royal College of Music

“With Pauline's superb guidance, I have been able to identify my drivers and capitalise on my strengths. Supportive and encouraging, Pauline has helped me to hone my influencing skills, boosted my personal effectiveness and given me clarity and conviction about my future direction. “Pauline is highly professional and a pleasure to work with. She has a huge amount of knowledge and expertise as a coach and as a strategic communications consultant. Both services fit together well and I believe this offering is fairly unique. As a communications professional myself, I found Pauline's expertise particularly helpful as it meant she completely understood what I do and the challenges of my role. As communications are a key element of effective leadership, I believe Pauline brings the 'something extra' that will be hugely beneficial to anyone seeking executive coaching”.

Jo Field, Founder, JFG Communications

“Pauline led a hugely enjoyable, unique and productive workshop for my team to help us develop our strategy. She used some great tools and techniques to create a positive and supportive environment, expertly facilitated and steered the discussion and ultimately helped us achieve a huge amount of work in one day. I would highly recommend Pauline if you are looking for an uplifting and constructive day away to build plans and boost morale.”

Amy Crees, Head of Partnerships, Sport England

“Pauline recently led a workshop for a group of female Sense leaders looking to explore what strengths they brought to their leadership and what self limiting beliefs might be getting in the way of them maximising their impact. It was a great session, professionally constructed, comprehensively up to date, relevant in its topics and well suited to the diverse group of women in the room. If we could clone Pauline and have her back we would.”

Alison Bennett, HR Director, Sense

I found Pauline to be a fantastic facilitator, and I was impressed with the way she set the tone from the beginning to create an open, honest and safe environment for everyone to engage with the conversations. This has facilitated some great additions to my network and I’ve already found myself sharing quite a few of the learnings back with my own team. Pauline was warm, enthusiastic and generous in sharing her knowledge.
